first off i'm 18 and in high school, though i graduate in a month so it won't be a problem much longer. i go to school from 730am-5 or 6pm depending on when practice gets out and workout before school at 530am
i'm trying to cut and my stats now are

530-630 workout on empty stomach for 45-60min
700 meal 1 160g chicken 240cal 32g protein
350g steamed veges 100cal
1000 snack 160g chicken 240cal 32g protein
nature valley bar 120 cal
1230 meal 2 160-240g chicken 240-360cal 32-48g protein
350g steamed veges 100-120cal
330 snack 160g chicken 240 cal 32g protein
something with sugar for energy 200 cal
630 meal 3 240g chicken 360 cal 48g protein
350g steamed veges 100-120cal
9-10 snack 80-160g chicken 120-240cal 16-32g protein
i don't drink any drinks that contain calories and haven't for several years, all i have to drink in my apartment is tea and water
once a day i'll throw in an all natural fruit bar that has 80cal for a treat, most of the time after practice

i know there is some error in there because i'm 8% off but this is basically what i eat everyday, the fat is from the chicken, which has 6g per piece, i can get different chicken which has less if that would be better, it's just alot more expensive to do so, but i'll do it if i have too
