I dont know WEBB, your protein intake, which I'm guessing, seems to be quite low. For your weight I'm guessing you aren't getting 1g/lbs or around that, is that on purpose?
I like how you've "timed" your nutrients as in placing your macros dependent on the timing of the meal as per your needs. Similar to what I set up.

I would play around with different types of protein as well, perhaps a lean chicken breast for your PWO meal.

PS: Stop going down on Mrs. Dash man.

hahaha ya i pretty much ate everything i could then moved to Bino's mom and now i need to diet again...i was around 308 but after my injury i have lost a bit and decided this is a good time to diet....

well the sirloin ground beef has 20g protein for ever 100g and i get 1000g of beef which gives me 200g from beef, 50 from egg whites, and 50g from my shake..so that gives me 300 plus i usually sneak a chicken breast in there or eggs before bed so i know i am at least 350 adn i only weigh 270 so i am good....also i use chicken one week, fish the next and beef the next, or will have beef and chicken during the week and fish for the weekend just to mix it up...tonight and tomorrow is a lot of turkey...so i know my protein is ok, but i also dont like 1.5g per lb cause i dont subscridbe to it...never have...it is dependent on the person, some need that much others, me, dont....thanks for the macro compliments but i have no i dea how or what i did, just lucky i guess...

Mrs.Dash is my spicy mistress i will never leave...hahahha

Hmmm ok according to your calculation I guess you are correct and if so it seems much more reasonable, I was estimating much less for the sirloin. My eggwhites contain 3-4g of Pro per. Personally I like to take in the leanest form of Protein available for my PWO meal.

Becareful of not overdoing his mom man, thats calories spent and you need those calories.

I would add a bit more carbs here. looks good otherwise.
    Meal 2
    1/4lb. sirloin ground beef
    Mrs.Dash seasoning
    1/4 cup Brocolli
    1/2 sweet potatoe
scratch the sirloin (already have enough red meats) add chicken and almonds or a low GI carb
    Meal 3
    1/4lb. sirloin ground beef
    Mrs.Dash seasoning
    1/4 cup Brocolli
    cool. no carbs though?
    Meal 4
    1/4lb. sirloin ground beef
    Mrs.Dash seasoning
    1/4 cup Brocolli
    1/2 sweet potatoe
    i likey
    "Meal" 5 PWO
    60g protein isolate
    1/4 cups oats
    4 frozen raspberries
I would up the protein a tad, JMO
    Meal 6
    1/4lb. sirloin ground beef
    Mrs.Dash seasoning
    1/4 cup Brocolli
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
I would do carbs here...like 2/3 cups oats
take 5g BCAA pre and post work out
Cardio 40minutes every morning on an empty stomach
    train everynight
take other "supps" as well...tren a and test prop....100mg eod

looks good, nice layout. I have been eating carbs in every meal with success and losing fat like a b!tch!
overall, carbs seem pretty low for your size bro. I have cut down to 222 and i eat more carbs than this. obviously you know how to diet, i just don't wanna see you lose any muscle.
    protein intake looks good.

If you're interested on finding out the nutritional content of your food, do calculations based on the nutritional information on the food packaging. If this is not available, check this website, it may be of use:

    http://www.fitday.com

I have a book called 'What Food Is That & How Healthy Is It', which has nutritional information on just about every food you can think of. I'm in Australia so I don't know if it's available in America. Should be able to get something similar though.

Btw 308 is f***n massive dude. Got any pics up here?

Ok Webb..ster. haha webster. anywho, it's really hard to generalize with advice without macros and calories listed. however, your diet is very clean and well planned. If I had even a little inform as to how many calories you were eatinga day and your ratio of pro/carb/fat I would offer more info. Personally, I know you've cut before and are experienced, so put it to use and see how it works. If you have any questions or concerns come back.

In the meantime, maybe try to find some caloric numbers and some daily numbers. Also, what is your cardio routine looking like, and your training regimen?

Thanks for the help guys...and while i do know how my body reacts to this diet i always like different idea's...i am going to add more carbs throughout the day...i found i was going hypo today so i will add carbs with most of my meals now and spread them out properly and make sure i get a few more than i am now....i will add some before bed and i will change the one beef meal to chicken and nuts, or fish...like i said i do switch up my meat every few days if i am home to cook, but if i am in camp workin i just take the easiest thing with me, beef...its bad enough havin tables and tables of sweets and shit just sitting in fronty of me here...

i will try and get some numbers together but i dont have a great connection up here so i wont have a chance for a while...

i have pics in the comp forum from my last show june 06 when i was 233 on stage....the ones of me at 308 are in the vet forum and i look BLOATED...hahha

cardio is every morning on an empty stomach for 30-40 minutes and my training is daily different body part every day and higher reps with medium to heavy weight
    back
    legs
    shoulders
    arms
    chest
    off
    repeat

    Thanks again guys
