1 Can Tuna
Meal 3 (12:00p.m)

½ Cup Brown Rice
Meal 4 (3:00p.m)
8oz Chicken
1 Cup Broccoli
½ Cup Cashews
Meal 5 (6:00p.m) (Pre-Workout)
1 Can Tuna (Make Into Sandwich)
1 Cup Of Broccoli
1 Med. Size Apple
1 Small Salad (Fat Free Dressing)
Meal 6 (8:00p.m) (Post Workout)
2 Scoops Syntha 6
80g Dextrose
Meal 7 (9:00p.m)
10oz Steak
1 Cup Broccoli
½ Cup Brown Rice
