Question on mixing

I just got my hgh it is in 10IU vials, it did not come with anything to mix it with, I do have some bacteriosatic water left over from some hcg kits, can I use this? the water is about 1 1/2 years old, also how much do I add?

it should be fine if kept away from sunlight.
u should add 1 ml for each 10 IU, so if ur dose is 4IU, use 0.4ml on ur slin needle.
