    100 reps

    hypothetically of course....

    im assuming 100 reps isnt good for any muscle...however...just riddle me this.....

    4 sets at 25 reps each with a one minute rest opposed to 10 sets of 10 with a 3 minute rest...would your muscle recognize a difference? is one 'pump' better then another 'pump'?

    sometimes, after my chest workout

    I will do 100 reps bench, just the bar

    lol it gets pretty ****ing hard, and a nice pump to end.

    definintley, besides the higher those reps are, the more endurance u build and the higher the bump.
    once every month per muscle group I train on lower weights and higher reps 15-20 reps.
