    What is your bf%?
If you have a problem with a "gut" chances are you should change more than what type of shake you drink.

You drink shakes that consist of 1000cals? Ya get rid of that. No one needs that many calories in one time especially from liquid.

Weight gainer shakes are the biggest mistake in people's supplementation imo. You never ever need to get 1000+ calories at one time.

But in regard to your gut it depends 100% on your overall diet and caloric intake per day not one shake.

If you're trying to loose a gut (and I have experience with this, lol), then you don't want to drink too many protein drinks as they are in a sense pre-digested and getting absorbed too fast.

Eating more natural protein sources makes your body have to work harder digesting it, thus burning more calories.

I limit protein drinks for just after working out. And 500 cals tops. On non workout days stay away from them and eat real food.

So your 980 calorie with 50 grams of protein and at least 190 grams of carbohydrates, complex and simple sugars too, and maybe a 5 grams of fat thrown into the mix. Is this your post workout shake? That's a lot of calories to consume in one meal. Make you own shakes with whey protein and you can control the sugar and fat content of it.

check out the sticky's atop the page. or have a look at other threads about proper cutting diets. your diet is frankly terrible and needs a lot of work. every meal should be centered around a lean protein source and carbs or fats if you so choose.

you cant cut using weight gainer shakes...that shit is garbage anyway. 20% protein and the rest is sugar and fat. lose the chips, bars and def the weight gainer crap. then go into the diet forum and read until your eyes bleed.
