Question Need tips on cooking chicken breast

Alright I know this sounds so simple, but I can't seem to get it right. I'm working on the diet provided to me by Perfect Beast and he calls for plenty of chicken. I looked it up online and all and tried to cook it in the oven in foil, and on the stove top etc.. Every time I make it, it's burnt or takes an hour to cook one half-breast.

So how do you guys make the perfect chicken breasts?

    Thanks!

Hey that's great. I've got a diet layed out for me by Pb and gonna start it soon. Also has alot of chicken in it. I'm getting a Gerorge Foreman grill for the chicken. Cooking it in a pan kinda sucks after a while. The oven takes too long.

My diet includes brown rice. So I cook a bunch of it, fry chick breasts, then measure them both and combine together and freeze in separate bags for microwaving later. Saves some time.

I like that idea, ecto. I can figure out what kinds of seasonings/spices to put on it, but its the actual cooking/preparing of the chicken that I can't seem to get. But I like your idea of the Foreman. Until I can get one of those I'll probably just keep frying them unless somebody has good advice on how to cook/fry them.

I take them and boil frozen breasts as many as I can fit in a pan. Then I take em out and put what spices i want and fry them up with some olive oil.

you can get these big bads of tyson chicken breasts where i live that are microwavable and take about 4 minutes to cook, i'm eating a couple right now and damn they're good, i eat about 8-10 chicken breast everyday and these haven't gotten old yet, still taste good

btw, look into these things called steamfresh, they are 5 minute microwavable bags of steamed vegetables that steam in the micro. they're amazing

Id becareful with those pre-packaged microwavable chicken breasts bro,, they tend to have high sodium count + a bunch of other crap you can do w/out.. I know it can be a pain in the ass to cook sometimes, but its the way to go...

Check this out. Very low carb but has fat. I use it as a Pro/fat meal.
Crush up a bunch of porkrines, mix in parmesan cheese and some salt and pepper. coat the chicken just like shake n bake and cook in the oven. It tastes just like fried chicken

take the chicken out of the bag (this is important)

pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees

lay the thawed breasts on a cookie sheet or whatever the hell you use.

after pre-heated, set the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

    take out the cookie sheet.

flip the breasts over and cut them in half.

reinsert the breasts for another 20 minutes.

(now take out the breasts, see if they are cooked through the middle).

    you're done.

I like to brown mine after i season them on a hot skillet to seal in flavor and juices, then put it in the oven for 40 minutes on 400 degrees. After i brown them i put some lemon juice on them and that flavor is really the key for good tasting chicken to me...
