OK hey guys I have this question about my cutting workout, I had to start a
little late for summer but its just how it happened..
I just started this workout two weeks ago but im not entirely sure its good for
cutting..(I have a workout partner that wants to do it)
Monday-Chest/Calves
Tuesday-Back/Abs
Wed- (off)
Thu- Shoulders/Traps
Fri- Biceps/Forearms/Triceps
Saturday-Legs
Sun-(off)
Im taking hydroxycut hardcore as well..
Back workout today :
Bent over rows- 10-8-6
Lat pull down- 10-8-6
Low rows- 10-8-6
High rows- 10-8-6
Every workout is consisting of 4 sets 10-8-6 rep scheme..
Am I doing this completely wrong of my motive of cutting? Thanks guys
