Ok i need a ton of diet help because i dont have one. I did get rid of ALL garbage food though. No alcohol, sweets, fried foods, fatty foods. Hell i only drink water and SOMETIMES a little juice. Im just starting to get into this, I am a comlete noob. Looking to bulk. I am 165lbs at about 5'7. And honestly right now i think im only eating 2-3 meals a day. Eggs for breakfast, some chicken for dinner. In between maybe a protein shake and some tuna.
