Well folks, im going to start a cost effective quick 6 week cycle (clen will go to week 8), with hopes of shredding as much bodyfat as possible while adding some quality mass just before the summer season kicks in. I want to hear feedback and opinions.
ORAL TURANABOL: WEEKS 1-4 - 40mg/day
TREN HEX(PARABOLAN) WEEKS 1-6 (300mg shot every 3rd day)
T4: 25mcg day 1-2, 50mcg day 1-6 and so on, I will go like this until I reach a max dose of 200mcg's and then taper down (I know I should have ordered T3, but got the T4 on hand)
CLENBUTEROL: Weeks 1-8 - will taper up to no more than 6 tabs, then lay off for 4 weeks and begin again.
PROVIRON: Weeks 1-6 - 1 tab eod I'm using proviron so I don't have to take test in this cycle and get the extra hardness an oral androgen can give.
***** cycle I know, but I think it should get me where I want.
My stats are 5ft 11" 195lbs with approx 12-15%bf.
I'm thinking about switching to tren ace for the last 2 weeks, but I reckon it would be an unnecessary waste of money if I do the right pct timing.
PCT will consist of the classic Nolva and Clomid combo for 4 weeks, and if I see my balls shrank too much, a few shots of HCG also. I would prefer to go HCG free this time however, coz by the time I take it from the pharmacy in 40 degrees centigrade weather it will probably go bad before I put it in the fridge.
My diet will be the usual 6 meals a day + 3-4 protein shakes (Including PWO shake). I will be consuming roughly 4000-5000 cals/day (more if I can) plus cycling my carbs. So day 1 will be a 50carb/30protein/20 fat ratio day 2 obviously cutting more of the carbs out and adding more protein, and day 3 I will try to go carb free but ingest insane amounts of protein. Most of the fats will come from EFA's/poly/mono. I always try to avoid saturated fats.
Since im going to be using tren and thyroid 4, Im not going to cut my cals hoping most will go to the repairing process.
Cardio will be 3 times a week for 30 mins every morning on an empty stomache.

Vitamin C 2000mg/day
Multi-Vitamin every day
Flax Seed Oil 5000mg/day
Cranberry Extract 2000mg/day & gallon a day Water
Alpha-lipoic acid 500mg/day
Milk Thistle 1500mg/day for the liver
Ginger Root 1000mg before main meals
Saw Palmetto every day for the prostate
a gallon a day Water
Protein minimum 3 grams per pound/day
Gainer Protein (POST WORKOUT) (ON pro complex) with lucozade
L-Glutamine 10000mg/day
No creatine (it does nothing for me)
