For example, if one cooks a burger with 20g fat (14 saturated!), any have a clue on how much comes out? Quite a bit of dark yellow comes out...Id totally weigh it if I had a small scale.

don't know if any numbers actually exist because it'll vary by the meat, how lean the cut was, how much fat is in it to start with, etc, etc.
I think the infomercials mentioned some range of a percent of fat reduction, but it was a pretty wide range if I recall correctly.
However, I've seen essays done on the grills like this, and it turns out that most of the drippings that come off the grill are just water. Yes, there is a good amount of fat coming off, but there's a lot more water so it looks worse than it actually is.
"According to measured testing by Consumer Reports, editors found no significant difference in fat content between burgers cooked on indoor grills and those fried in pans. So using an electric grill probably is not going to drastically reduce your fat intake unless you change your eating habits in general."

hope that helps..
thats about as much help as i could hope for. thanks. thats too bad though...if I want to avoid a burger having 70% my daily saturated fat amount, I gotta pay twice as much for it!
I'm planning on getting that grill. I also pat dry paddys on a paper towel to soak up excess fat. Works out pretty good. Sometimes I might pour a little olive oil on them if they get too dry. I love ollive oil, lol...
I think the fat-removing claims are marketing hype for the grill
as far as convenience goes the Foreman Grill is
That grill has saved my life many times!! well many "hungry" nights!! hahaa
