    condiments...

So i use a bit of fat free dressing and HP sauce on my beef and chicken...not lots but a tbsp or so...i has 0 fat and 0-5g carbs, but kinda hihg in sodium...just wonderin how bad this is and if i should cut it out totally or is it still ok... i know i ma not adding fat and the carbs are very very low and are a simple sugar, but like mustard it should be ok...

    Anyone?

With all the sex threads started lately I read it as using Condoms, LOL

I think your ok, the worst thing you can do is eat food that will make you blow your diet because of cravings. If you need to use condiments to spice up your chicken, it is far better than craving some KFC and eating a whole bucket of fried chicken. Besides if your training intensely your sweating out all the sodium anyway. LOL
