    Question 10 or 12 week first test cycle?

    hello in 29 yrs old doing my first cycle im in the 8th week right now
    injecting 500-600mgs a week.i do have a good pct lined up shall question is shall i do 10 week or 12 week for this cycle pls advice

    run it 12 weeks. give that long estered test longer to work on you bro.

    BF% is a bit high , i suggest you get on a better diet and cardio too.

    Hey, I am also into my first cycle, but only into the second week.

    Since you're into your 8th week, I am just curious as to how many kilograms you have gained since you began your cycle.

    i got ard 12lbs while taking letrozole 40 mcg eod started seeing the result ard 6th week feel a lot stronger physically and mentally lol

    yea ard 2 times a week an hour each

    Congratulations on the impressive gains......

    Even though I am into my second week of my first cycle, I already feel slightly stronger. I am currently lifting weights at my maximum capacity. Before my cycle started, I could barely lift those weights, but now the same weights seem more tolerable. I am not sure if in fact I am stronger already, or whether I am merely experiencing the placebo effect. I'm told that I should not notice any drastic changes in strength or size until the third or fourth week of my cycle.

    i like to do cardio after my workout as my heartrate is already up to help burn fat faster, i run from 20-30mins

    i do cardio after weights, do 15 or 20 mins of interval training.
    my fav is incline tread mill 2 mins fast one min slow, find doing the interval really helps allot
