Nolva / Aromasin PCT

I'm due to come of a Sust250 ( 200mg twice a week ) cycle after 8 weeks, and only have Aromasin and Nolvadex as I couldn't get my hands on any HCG. I'll be starting PCT 18 days after cycle due to Sust half life ...BUT.......my questions are these :

1) What doses should I use of both of these for my 4 week pct cycle ?

2) Is a 4 week pct long enough ?

just look at anthony robert pct sticky and minus the hcg out of it and youll be fine
