Stats: 5'7ish, 170 lbs, bf guessing around 6%, age:20, I'm guessing I burn around 3000-4000 calories a day (couldn't tell you for sure), lot's of lifting, power lifts, and running.

Anyways, I'm trying to put on around 10 lbs lean lean muscle... right now i'm trying to get around 300g protein, I'm not sure what I want for carbs (probably around 400-500g) and minimal fat (I try for under 100g) I would say by metabolic type is ****theric? (the middle one, not too fat, and not too much of a hardgainer)... I try to space my meals out to around three hours apart and I try for 5-6 meals, with a couple protein shakes throwin in there... i try not to eat too many carbs in the afternoon/night when I don't need them... and I take multi-vitamins... so If there is anything I'm missing you guys should let me know.. feel free to give any advice thanks
