goals: keep lean mass and drop body fat.
So I am now on my 10th day of HGH. I plan on cycling it. 5/2 at a dose of either 1.5-2 iu.s (this depends I am assuming on my tolerance and what amount produces the best results.) So when should I take 2 days off? The weekend is coming up but I am only up to a dose of .7 ius. Should I wait until I am taking more to start my 5/2 cycle or start this weekend?
question 2...I am not sure if I should start a new thread for each question..please bear with me... Would 100mg of t4 be more beneficial (if my goal is fat loss,) than 50mg of t4?
question 3: My sleeping is very erratic. Is this normal so soon? I am sleeping deeply for about 3 hours then wake up with crazy energy and have a very hard time getting back to sleep. I am tired a lot but seem to want to do more --that might not make too much sense...(I have been organizing and creating some crazy workouts on Excel charting progress--2 things I normally don't do.) Is this just a side? Is there anything to take to sleep for a longer period of time at night?
