Ok so i searched the fourm and couldnt find what i wanted... so ill ask here...
i plan on using HCG for my cycle, and i got 5000 iu, but i dont know how to make it 500 iu... what do i add to it? how much?

my cycle is test p 100 mg ED for 8 weeks

add 10ml of bacteriostatic water and it will come out 500iu per ml..............or you could add 5ml of water, and get 500iu per 1/2ml.......
