I was wondering if my multipliers are correct for my cutting diet. The calories seem impossibly high, but since this is the first time I will be trying carb cycling, I have no experience or expertise to say one way or another if this is correct.
My last diet had me on a daily intake of less than 1900 calories, so when I see 3300 on my high carb days I am not sure what to think.
FYI, I lost 35 pounds on my diet of less than 1900 calories, but the weight loss has stalled. This is my attempt to change things up and get thinngs going again.
I would appreciate anyone who has any experience with this diet to chime in if the calorie intake makes sense.
