I have obtained test cyp and anavar from recommeded source!!!!!!!
What am I doing wrong or have I been screwed.
On week 7
60mg/day anavar
250mg cyp twice a week (500mg per wk)
Noticed no real strength or size gains.
Routine
6 days (1muscle group per day) 45min each session
day 7 hard cardio (Interval training)
Diet
2 bowls of muslei + Protein shake (3scoops)
+2hrs Meal replacement shake
+2hrs Large bowl of pasta + steak or chicken breasts+veg
+2hrs Protein shake(3scoops)
+1hr NO-explode
Gym
Protein shake + meal replacement shake
+2hrs Brown rice + Meat + veg
+2hrs Protein shake(3scoops)
What do I do next??????
