Hi,
I am 32, 6', 180lbs. I started my cycle three weeks ago which consists of:
Deca 500mg/week (monday/thursday)
Cypianate 200mg/week
Nolvadex 10mg/day
HGH 4iu/day (plan on doing this for 5 months)
I train 6 days a week, weights and cardio (running). I am seeing some slight gain and improvement.
My diet is very clean (protien/complex carbs/low sodium/vegies etc)
My body over all is lean (31 waist), dont know fat %. I am finding that my face looks puffy all the time. It feels puffy too. I am noticing that in the mirror and pictures.
My questions are:
Is this normal?
What maybe causing this?
How can I fix this?
Also, how can make my abs to show? As I said, I eat clean and workout my abs almost everyday. I have a very flat stomach but I have never been able to see the ripped abs. Is there anything I can take to make them pop?
