750mg sust per week mon,wed,fri 12 weeks
50mg for 4 weeks (4-7)
week 5 add some tren a for 3 weeks and finish off 400mg deca 4week (7-11)
does this sound ok i want lean mass and lots of it im 5'7" and 90kg body fat around 13%

i know you mentioned some of these i was just putting all the stuff we need up
28yrs old, 12stone 8 lbs, 5'7", about 13% body fat, 12yrs natural trainin - 1st cycle sust + deca 12 weeks - 2nd cycle the same as first, diet- plenty of protein and carbs prob a bit to much fat tho. was being a bit of a sheep just following other peoples cycles its standard around here but did some research and talking to exp people and decided to try something different any advice would be appreciated
