Does having more sex make you produce more Test so it would show up higher on your blood test when you get tested and the opposite, if you don't have sex or a need to produce more for a few days before a test would the results be lower?

If there is a spike in testosterone levels, it won't be enough of a spike to make a difference.
There is a slight increase in testosterone production after you ejaculate. But the increase is so trivial, it's not even worth any consideration.
