iam on a strict cutting diet but dont no whats best workout for me?? would like to loose weight and gain muscle?
iam doing cardi everyday
was thinking of lifting everyday to but after seeing threads everyone says you should have 1 day on 1 day off??
but iam trying to loose weight so would like to lift everyday??
is there a good workout anyone noes that will gain muscle and loose weight??
