    need help on my workout pleaee

    hi all need some help.

    iam on a strict cutting diet but dont no whats best workout for me?? would like to loose weight and gain muscle?

    iam doing cardi everyday

    was thinking of lifting everyday to but after seeing threads everyone says you should have 1 day on 1 day off??

    but iam trying to loose weight so would like to lift everyday??

    is there a good workout anyone noes that will gain muscle and loose weight??

    Can you post your diet/training history/stats...as this would aide greatly in outlining a program best suited for your needs/goals.

    Not going to happen, stick to one or the other.

    On the other stuff, you should experiment with workout schemes and find what works best for you. Remember you should keep it fun and interesting.

    You really should post your stats (age, weight, training experience) and post your diet and ytour current training approach.

    for a beginner id say train 3x per weights and do 2-3 days cardio. you will lose weight and maybe gain some muscle ,but atleast you wont be losing it if your training and diet are ok.

    thats strange as seeing people asking if they should loose weight before starting weights and everyone has said doing weights will help burn the fat so do both cardio and weights?

    stats

    age 25
    bf 16%
    5ft 8
    12.5st

    worked out for 2 years when i was 18 stoped at 20 then from there the fat piled on.

    diet.

    8.30, whey shake, oats,
    11.00, tin of tuna little veg,
    2.00, fish fillet, little veg,
    4.30, chicken breast, brown rice, whey shake,
    5.00, workout, cardio.
    7.00, 5 egg whites small chicken brest, little brown rice.

    was thinking

    mon- chest - abs
    tue- shoulers
    wed, bies- forearms
    thur, tries- abs
    fri, back.
    sat- off
    sun- bies- trie

    all days include cardio.
