i've been trying to change my workout routine more towards HIT, but i haven't completely because it seems like HIT generally is only one or two exercise per bodypart and for some bodyparts such as shoulders for me it is too hard to get down to 3 exercises
for example i can't do a shoulder workout without
arnolds
front raise
lateral raise
bentover raises
shrugs
it just seems mandatory that i have to use all these exercises to really hit my shoulders to the fullest
this is my biggest problem anyways to converting to HIT
bump no one can help me with this?
A good idea is to go to cyberpump and read the HIT faq...Or just do a search for the HIT faq.. I have trained HIT style for about 2.5 years...Very good results for me...Good luck.
