I'm cutting for second time this year ,this time with some drugs and want to share with you guys what i'm about to do.
Weight training is 4 days on 1 day out.I stick the groups in different way this time.
1 day:Chest,biceps,calves
2 day:Shoulders(front and side delts),triceps
3 day:Back ,rear delt,traps
4 day:Legs
Cardio starts in 2 days on 1 out in the morning 40min and i will rise it to every day morning session with some hiit cardio after weight if it's necessary.
The diet is as strict as possible cuz my metabolic rate is not the fastest one possible
I've started it with carb cycling without a day with big carb load.It looks like that in the moment.
Day 1:300gr carbs
Day 2:200 gr carbs
Day 3:100 gr carbs
Day 4:without carbs
Probably will increas the days without carbs in my pursuit of get as ripped as possible.So i'm waiting for feedbacks and criticism ,lol
