I've started muay thai and boxing classes. During the first couple of workouts I almost passed out from exhaustion. I decided to start mixing a scoop of carbo hit into my water and my workouts are 1000% better than before. I even take back-to-back classses some nights.
My question is: Despite how much better my workouts are; am I negating the fat burning effects of the workouts by drinking the complex carbs?
