    after training carbs

    hey guys,

    do i need to cut out my carbs after my workout?

    I normally have 100gs of dextrose then a meal, normally brown rice or wholemeal pasta with a protein source.

    do i need to take out the rice or pasta and replace with veg if i am taking clen or will i not need to?

    cut out carbs PWO? why? whats going to recover your torn muscles? 100g dextrose is a sh!tload...I'd like to see your entire diet with macros along with your stats and goals.

    second, why would your meals change because your taking clen? If you're cutting, each meal will clearly be smaller but why cut carbs out?

    You need atleast a 2 to 1 ratio of Carbs to Proteins after your workout.

    Personally Im at 4 to 1 with my PWO Shake of Endurox 4.

    After that all I eat is Chicken and Veggies before bed. Maybe eggs later if I dont go to bed soon enough.

    Point is you need Carbs to help your muscles out after tearing them up in the Gym.

    do you have something to back that up?

    I've never had a 2:1 ratio, I wouldn't say I'm that small either.
