    critique my new diet...

    this is what i will eat today.. im getting ready to eat meal 4 right now..
    tell me what you think..

    Man I would be bloated as a cow with that many carbs. Your protein and fats seem low compared to your carbs.

    goals are to bulk up, then cut down

    Your protein intake is very out of proportion, u have meals that has as low as 16 grams of protein and other meal up to 72 grams of protein. stick around 1.5 grams of protein / 1 lb of body weight, calculate that and devide by the number of ur meals and devide ur protein intake as even as possible.

    so you weight 215 lbs, 215x1.5= 307 grams divide by 6 meals=51 so each of ur meals should be around 50 grams of protein.

    Kinda late in the season to be bulking don't you think? I just finished my lean bulk and can't wait to cut up for the summer.

    yeah if i could do it over i would cut instead of bulk..
    but im in my 3rd week of andropen and deca
    have masteron on hand and dont know if i would benefit at all adding it
