I have a lil bit of a bitch tit (fat) going on right now and Im dieting right and doing cardio. What specific exercises should I be concentrating on to get rid of that.

Are you on AAS? If you are, then looks like you're gonna need to pop letro, or nolva asap..
The bigger you get your upper chest the less your nipples are gunna stick out. All I do are inclines
Incline bench is very effective. Try sticking to dumbbells for a while then switch it back to barbell.

I love weighted dips at the end of my chest workout. Some people love them, some people hate them. Its all about how each individual body is. Try them, if you like them do em.
