    good so far

    i have just got a new job. im now working in a office. this meens im noway near as active as i used to be. i over weight as it is and trying to loose the fat. i sorted a diet out on here with the help of some guys and its worked well. i just want to know should i cut my carbs down now that i sit on my ass allday?

    You obviously have to lowers your daily caloric intake, since now you need less of them to spend during the day

    we'd need to see what you're doing. one thing that may help in the meantime... you could try standing for a couple hours n the day. prop your keyboard up and face the monitor's face higher.

    at the min im just trying to brake myself bk in so im doing 30-40 mins cardio every other morning building up to 1 hour.

    i do

    mon = chest/tri

    tues = back/top legs

    wed = rest

    thurs = shoulders / bottom legs

    fri = bis




    diet
    brekfast 07:30
    2 turk bacon 4 egg whites 1 whole egg 2 holwemeal toast or some oats + protine powder

    mid morn 10:00
    protine shake without carbs

    dinner 12:30
    1 chicken brest + salad

    workout 14:30

    pwo 15:30
    protine shake with carbs + creatine

    tea 17:30
    tuna with salad and mayo light

    last 20:00
    shake with flax oil no carbs

    stats

    if i weigh 90kg or 198 pounds and i am 5'6ft im 24 years old

    i bought a handheld bmi counter (do these work ) it that says that my bmi is 32.0 also it says my fat ratio is 29.3 ( i know its bad )
