Pain urinating now a swollen penis?!?!

Ok guys I need some help. OK So I am on hgh, test primo, and epo. I took my first shot of primo in the ass about 10 days ago 250mg never taken test before. Starting last thursday I started feeling a slight burning sensation when I urinated. I thought nothing of it but it persisted. Sunday i really took note of it. I then decided a drink a ton of water, (i usually drink a gallon a day). I noticed that it didnt quite burn as much. Also right below my lower abs it is sensitive. right above the penis.

I went to see the doc on monday. He took a urine sample and told me to drink cranberry juice. At that time I had not seen any blood. Then tuesday I noticed a little bit of blood trickle out right after my morning piss. That day I drink 2 gallons of water. I have not seen any blood since.

Today I talked to the doc and the results came back negative. HE told me to continue the cranberry and get some lemon juice. AS of today I still kinda feel the burning sensation but not that bad. I have now noticed that my dick looks swollen and after every piss it is sore for about 1 minute. Also right above my penis it looks swollen to the right side. It is also sensitive in that area, I guess my groin area.

What could this be. Does this happen with aas, hgh and e usage.Thanks for any HELP!

I did a urine test. Doc said it is not stones or an infection of any kind. THe std has been ruled out also.

You said you have pain in the lower abs just above the penis that is where you bladder is The swollen area right above you penis to the right sounds like a swollen lymph-node to me. If it is it is a sure indicator of an infection.

you have said u ahve drank th water but have u drank the cranberry juice? yuou should have at least 1 gallon of it a day... that will clear up any UTI possibliity...

if it continues, you might have a prostate issue ^^^^

but the doc didnt give u meds cause well... it would do the same thing as drinkin cranberry juice, so basically that wills ave u some bucks...
btw people get prescribed antibiotics way to often now a days... but thats a entire new issue that i wont get into

the tenderness and swelling in the pubic area could be an inguinal hernia, if this is the case there are a lot of different complications that could arise. it could explain the negative test results. does it seem to hurt more when you bear down as if you are having a bowel movement? or if you cough?

I have had some of the same problems you talkin about bro. I had an infection in the nodes right above my dick. It went into my nut, on the right side and caused a huge hydrocile. My nut was swollen about 4x its normal size and its painful. You better not let this go without some medical attention or you will wind up like me and have to have surgery to get it repaired. Although the ultra-sound they perform on your nut is quite nice, especially if you have a hottie for a nurse like I did.....

I would have to agree with either getting second opinion, or at least further tests from this doc. IMO its most likely something to do with kidney/bladder such as UTI, and hopefully not an STD. I think you'd have additional symptoms if STD like a little drippage, some sores on the little guy , etc... Besides, your wife would be showing signs as well. At any rate, I dont think its gear related either. Let us know what happens, as I'm sure we are all on the edge of our seats worried about our own junk as well!! Good luck!

Thx guys. The swollen dick has gone back to regular now it is just a lil sore during and after I piss. I was taking epo, which increase red blood cells and I think that the epo cause the sore dick. I read that epo will make u feel pain when you piss sometimes. I was suppose to finish my epo cycle before I got on the test and the hgh, I think that getting on the test and gh had this effect on me. I think the epo has procduce so much blood cells that it is affecting my dick. My coach told me to stop taking the other gear for a few days and let it clear up. I will give it until Saturday if it still hurts im hitting the emergency room.

Ok so, was taking some accutane from a research chem company and noticed some frothiness in my piss one morning towards the end of my stream.

Next 5 days or so hurts when I piss, and swollen lymph nodes on the left of my groin.

Also, since I was on the tane, and my skin was dry I kind of got a little cut/friction burn sore on my cock.

Put some antibiotic ointment on it, and maybe this is the cause?

Blood tested for herpes HSV 1 &2 - both negative, HIV/Urine sample haven't come back yet.

Doc gave me a shot of antibiotics in the arse and then a mega-dose of 1000mg one time only oral.

The nurse came in with her 23gauge 1.5" needle and I go... is that 2.5 CCs? She goes why yes it is, and it's going in your ass, now bend over!

I about fell off the table while replying I can do this myself if you want! Guess she wanted to see my ass cause she ended up sticking me.

It sounds to me like the accutane may have dried-out your penis foreskin. Believe it or not, I've actually had people complain to me about this from taking accutane.

I would try an anti-funga (lE) Fucidin Ointment (sodium fusidate 2%), and then apply canestan on top of that... use both these ointments x 3 per day. It will help moisturize the area, and it should heal, as long as you DON'T TOUCH yourself/have sex. I recommend waiting at least 1 - 1.5 weeks. It should clear up.

I'd be interested to get your dermatologists opinion on it though. I would definitely tell him that you've been using accutane, and see what he says.

Anyways, hope you heal. lol. Best of luck though..

Turns out my dick is fine, it was just a UTI. After some Anti-biotics everything went back to normal... except my lymph node is still very very minutely swollen.

I applied bactraban to the damaged tissue area and everything healed up nice.

My best friend caught herpes over a year ago. We started a cycle together back in April and he told me about it (something about pinning one another makes you that much closer, I suppose.)

Anyway, 2 weeks in to his cycle he had his 2nd outbreak in a year. It is known for steroids to **** with your immune system and really break it down. He had some of the same symptoms, swollen lymph nodes, burning sensation, and I would imagine his penis would be swollen due to the open sores. I chose it was in my best interest NOT to look at it.
