Hey guys im a new member here and im going to write my training log. I am doing this to keep motivated and to learn new things. I have been training for a year and i will try get some pics up soon of me.

Im a fairly big frame but have some bodyfat on me.. at the moment i just want to blow up and dont mind if i dont loose much fat.. then when im happy with my size i will cut down the fat.

Moday - Chest/Abs
Tuesday - Back
Wenesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders/triceps
Friday - Bic/Forearms
Sat - Rest
Sun - Rest
