You would learn that we produce many "pulses" of GH in our body throughout the day and night.. the largest being at night when we are in deep sleep.. (thus the reason to not take it at night) your buds are doing it because gh will make you sleepy and it does suppress your thyroid slightly, that's why bros supplement with t4 or t3..

2iu split morning and early afternoon..
work up to 4iu split 2iu am.. 2iu pm
6/1 if you can afford it.. some will run 5/2 because it's cheaper..
after taking for 2 months, run a 12 week aas cycle, then complete the 6 month run of gh..
that is the correct way to run GH given your stats.. I assumed the results you were looking for..
as for ramp up time, if you don't want to do it.. don't.. your wrists and joints may hurt a lot, and that's the reason we say to ramp it up..
