Triathlete training help

Any advice on what steroids I can research to assist stamina and strength for triathlete training? Obviously the main aim would be not to build mass.

B/F: unsure but lean to medium build athletic.

EQ for stamina .... there are some others like var but the pump is tooo much then again i get a pretty good pump off everything
