Why would you drink it?
If you're asking about using a injectable substance that contains BA, keep in mind you would only get a tiny amount of BA in an injection, so no, of course that would not get you drunk.

I think there were at least 1 ugl that used an alcohol base in his orals... If not it sure tastes like it is (and I was told it was)... I just checked the bottle, no list of the base. Either way, I don't think you would get drunk on any small amount that was used strictly for sterilization.
