    Who are you voting for?

McCain by default. When either party gets complete control, it's not good, i'm all about gridlock. Obama and Hillary are sooo far left they're, imho, not a viable option, but then again i'm part of the vast Right Wing Conspiracy

A vote for paul is NOT a vote for obama. Paul just said he agreed with Obama the most of all the other candidates. And also said he knows that obama's voting record is not all that great.

Anyhoo, I am going to vote for a man who, unlike ALL the other candidates, HAS OUTSTANDING experience, qualifications, and has MUCH common sense & morals.
    Hit voting has been solid.

    Ron Paul 2008
Find me something that proves he is not the MOST qualified!

I Would like to not see clinton in office though.

I have the least amount of issues with ron paul, and then obama next. But I haven't heard any coverage on Obama's ideas and whatnot.

I am still voting for ron paul because I agree with most of his policies. Vs Obama who I have no clue who is running mate is.

I am still very upset that Ron Paul was deliberately avoided by the media. I feel he is the best choice in my opinion, and of course we all have our own

Good luck to them all! Except hillary :P

Well, there's a good chance he'll be our next president. Why Obama, if you don't mind my asking, not trying to flame, just curious. I personally like the guy, i just disagree w/ him on most every issue, he is the most liberal senator there is.

what i dont get is people say why would you vote for obama.

alot of people just pick him because he is all over the news.

i bet if you asked 75 % of his voters what his policies are on certain issues they dont have a fvckin clue.

all they know is he seems big on the news, talks well, and they want change ( in apparenace, skin colour, and government)

all i hear on the news is this is the first time we could have a black or female president wtf does that mean.

if someone asked me why i would with paul you could list out a long list of reasons and defend / debate them.

when you ask the guy who votes obama why he votes obama you get a i want change and the shoulder shrug.

The media picked the candidate, if Paul had the media coverage and all the special interests (banks, war companies, $$$) otherwords all the people who wont want him on the news would.

Hell go read that qoute about the founders of the federal reserve who founded are company. SOmeone who goes against their efforts for a 1 world government wouldnt make sense.

I also love all these loonies who cry for more war and or a public healthcare.

Then we see were in 9 trillion in debt......... thats what cracks me up.

Also the gas tax lol, does anyone ever talk about wasteful spending anymore or cutting costs and reducing government.

Does anyone even talk about our rights as americans, the consitituion, or own home soil, and our borders anymore.

so again can someone please list the reasons to vote for obama?

Also what is going on with our free markets in this country.

Americans and our forefathers fought for an independent prosperous nation not this 1 world government were heading towards where 1 government and 1 bank runs all and we have no rights or choice.

This isnt america anymore its just a quest to a boarderless 1 world government run by a bunch of bankers with all their citizens chipped with radio chips.

History does repeat it self and i suggest the rest of you all wake up.

    go google the zeitgest movie.

Gators, ah bro, I don't want to get into with everyone on this subject... I shouldn't have posted that... I am getting out of the political debates. I already stir up enough friction and waves on the religious debates... I am staying out of these. Peace!

I have no problem listening to other points of view, often when i hear them it makes me think and re-think my 'positions'. Although i'm pretty conservative, and i'm sure i'm right and all the liberals are freaking crazy there's no 'right or wrong' way, and having a broad range of views makes this country great. I wasn't picking at ya Brah, just curious, but if you don't wanna dive into this, i understand, i'm a political junkie every 4 years so i enjoy knocking potitical views around. Peace.

    Reasons I like Obama:
#1 I like his stance on foreign policy. He will talk to other nations who we dont agree with. This non-recognition is BS.

#2 He is against the war in Iraq but at the same time wants to focus more Afganistan. Over 4000 dead and lots critically injured. For what I ask????

#3 He knows that this country was built from the ground up not from the top down. Current administration as well as McCain want to strengthn the top thinking that it will trickle down. Well folks it dont work that way.

Guys the world is changing and I think he is open minded enough to start us on the path to changing too. Im sick of the same old same old.

May I also ad the Ron Paul would also be a great President and he would get my vote but he has no chance. I attribute that to the media.

hhaa now all we need is all the news networks in the country to support wigim and some of that printed fiat greenback from our banks which was just fresh off the printing press and you can call ralph wiggim the next president, he doesnt even need to talk about the issues, just be popular, get all over the TV, and get some of that fiat money so he can be all the media and you have a president!!!

    No brains required!

I dont think there are any good candidates this year but where this country is right now I think obama is to big of a change all at once it would be going from one extreme to the other. Maybe in 4 years he would be good but right now we need somone who is inbetween bush and obama but that option really isnt there.

I thought Romney would make a very good president, but the Pub party pushed the old fart who's 'turn' it was, McCain. The thing that bothers me about McCain is like Billary or Obama, he's a career bureaucrat, never been in the real business world, never been a high level executive (like a Governor or CEO), all they've ever done is spend others $.

Some of you Obama folks (and i'm not knocking you) please tell me just what Obama has accomplished leadership wise? How about his voting record in the Senate? Do you know he is the MOST liberal in the Senate? Basically he's a socialist, wants to play Robin Hood and take from the producers, who btw already pay most of the taxes anyway, and give to more entitlement programs, and continue to expand our already bloated and inefficient Federal Bureaucracy.

As far as the war, hindsight is 20/20, but pulling out quickly could very well lead to Iran invading Iraq, which many experts predict the oil price would double. Think Iran doesn't want that scenario to happen.

I'm pissed at Bush and the Republican party for being a bunch of free spending wimps, and i'm too conservative for the Dem party, frustrated. I like the Fair Tax, or something like that, and we need to drastically reduce spending. Raising taxes is NOT the answer, it's been shown that raising taxes actually reduces revenue, and reducing taxes produces more revenue. What does a business do when it's in a financial bind: Cut spending, immediately.

And yeah, i said Ron Paul isn't electable because he looks and sounds goofy, and the American people vote on how candidates look and sound (see Obama). I think Paul is spot on, maybe if McCain is elected he'll get him on the cabinet?

You cannot believe what ANY politician says when he's running for office, you can only go by what he's accomplished and his voting record. Obama looks terrible in this regard, unless you're a far left socialist leaner.

I have to vote for McCain, but i don't like having to do so. Gridlock is a good thing.

Right-o. I've busted my azz to get where i am, and i'll be damned if i want some left wing bureaucrat to tell me what to do w/ my earnings. On the flip side, i think people who have been successful should give back to their community (like Bill gates) but it should be of their own free will.

Anyone read the book Atlas Shrugged? it's a GREAT read, but if you're a socialist, it'll piss ya off Google it...

I don't believe what politicians say, i go by their voting record. He is the MOST liberal Senator, i mean he's left of Teddy Freaking Kennedy! Name me some legislation w/ his name on it? Show me where this 'great uniter' has reached across the aisle to co-sponsor legislation (and compare that to McCain). If you're a hard left liberal, then he's your man, he's already promised to raise taxes on us evil business owners

I think Obama is a good guy, but he is just too far left for me, and i think to be a good president, you have to reach across the aisle, and he has yet to demonstrate that willingness. McCain, for all his faults, has shown that willingness. It's hard to unite the country when you are so far left or right of most people.

I'm terrified of a Dem controlled exec and legis branch, i saw what happened when the pubs had that type of control. Again, gridlock is best (imho).

interesting political year, that's for sure.

not quite sure why anyone would want another lying SOB like clinton in the white house again.

Everyone says our economy was better but one major reason was because the rich were eating it getting taxed....getting taxed on every $50,000 made is bullshit IMO.

ill be honest, haven't been following the campaign closely but Obama seems like a smart guy. Just not sure if he is 'ready' for the white house.
He has some great ideas, just hope he puts them into action.

hillary, don't even get me started. I'm sure she has some good ideas as well but no thanks.

Good lord he is not Muslim!!! Did you miss the whole Rev. Wright thing that went on? Rev. Wright is a CHRISTIAN minister and Obama attended his church. That negates the scary ohhhh he's a Muslim lie. The Muslim lie was circulated through the internet.
