I was wondering if anyone else here had ever heard of and/or been diagnosed with an inflammation of the "corticoid process". According to my Orthopedic Dr, it is where the Bicep muscle connects into the front deltoid and that all I need to do is "stop lifting" for a while.
The strange thing about it is that it hurts the most when I do back exercises.
Also do u guys think that Ice or Heat would be better? I have been using Ice 15 minutes at a time twice a day as i dont have a heating pad.
