Didn't know where to post this.
I noticed about a year ago that I would get winded fast and easy when I would work out to where I had trouble catching my breath. This was really noticable when doing deads and squats, but now I am having the same trouble when benching or any other compound movement.
I went to the doc about this and he said that he wanted to do and EKG. Well, he did one and didn't seem real happy with the results so he sent me to have a stress test. I got the stress test done and then got sent to a cardiologist to go over the results. He wanted to do an echo stress test, so we did that. He said that he could not believe that my heart rate was raising as fast as it did when doing the stress test, so he sent me to have a endoscopic echo cardiogram done. I got that done and they assured me that I am having no heart issue's whatsoever.
I'm still having problems getting winded easily working out and no on can seem to figure out why.
I am going to be seeing a hematologist to see if he can find anything out.
I know if the past that my RBC's are high when I am on test, but I've been donating blood everytime I can, so that should not be an issue and I've been off the test for about 3 months now and I am still getting winded.
Anyone have any idea's?
