I am from Austria. I have used the Mailaddress direct on the gensci homepage. They answerd me about my question "why payment to Thailand?" - "Because it is illegal to accept payments in China
at this time because of the olympics."

avav....i think the bottom line here is if you are not using their official website (www.gensci-china.com) to contact them to gather that information, then i would steer clear.
like it was said above, there is no shipping of jins to the US and several other countries...not sure about austria
