well i walked in to the store yesterday and the guy told me he had to pull it off the shelfs and i did find it at another store to day and the guy sayed he was wait for the memo to pull it and it was being reviewd be the fda a week ago is i will be pulled soon if no already

Usually when they ban something they don't just say pull it off the shelfs...they say stop producing and once you sell what you have on shelf... you can't buy and sell anymore...
