So I'm collecting bulk diet ideas to go with it. I will also be including cytogainer, glutamine, and flax oil into it. Anyone have some prime ideas for one? I work 9-5, but taking tupperware is easy for me. I'm the boss! lol I'm 34, 6"4 200lbs. Thin calves, and forearms. I work out weight wise 4 days a week, and some cardio and abs on days off.
