What are some tricks that you guys have/use/do to lean yourself out ASAP.
Lets say you were going to a HUGE shin-dig on this upcoming friday. You just found out now, and you are [only] early cycle, so you aren't at your 'best'.
Low carb? Don't eat past 9? Herbal supplements? Anabolic helpers?
I would love to know what people use in a pinch.
