    Talking Quick, Fast, in 4 days!

    What are some tricks that you guys have/use/do to lean yourself out ASAP.

    Lets say you were going to a HUGE shin-dig on this upcoming friday. You just found out now, and you are [only] early cycle, so you aren't at your 'best'.

    Low carb? Don't eat past 9? Herbal supplements? Anabolic helpers?

    I would love to know what people use in a pinch.

    If you go on a strict keto diet you can typically lose 10 lbs of fat & water the 1st week and then it starts to taper to 1-2 lbs a week after that. Its the fastest way to lose weight IMO except for a hardcore amphetamine binge

    the only way you are gonna do anything is if you are pretty much competition ready and depleting your carbs and restricting fluids for the last four days. otherwise you are going to accomplish next to nothing in 96 hours bro. come on..............

    It's a hypothetical question. Not at all relating to me, but I'm sure people have wondered what little tips and tricks people have used before in such a pinch.

    I do the Atkins roll out, never thought to restrict fluids. i LOOVEE water.

    If your diet is in order, and your bf is not too high......you could go keto for 3-4 days, and easily take off 10lbs of water and fat.....and this should make you look a bit more ripped......although with this type of quick fix, the first bit of carbs you have at this SHINDIG....you will bloat right back up......

    if you need to get rid of a little water weight before a photo shoot or something...u can always try lasix..i personally wouldnt do it b/c ive read that if its done improperly it could really mess you up

    sorry,no its just that i dont believe there is any way to do anything that anyone will notice in 96 hours. i looked up a keto diet, didnt know it was another name for adkins diet, and this guy went from 185 to 178 in his first 2 weeks in his blog or whatever. ok 7 lbs in 2 weeks. but like i said unless you are contest ready nobody is gonna notice any changes in you in 4 days. so its really pointless. you can take some over the counter water pills or something but in 4 days what are you gonna lose 5 or 6 lbs of water..... its not like someone who saw you last week is gonna come up and say, " wow i hardly recognized from seeing you 4 days ago, you look so different" its just not gonna happen. i just get tired of seeing quick, fast, or whatever in the titles and expect to get some magical answers. when really there are none. my favorite is, "HELP! URGENT i need help," and then you read the post and it says, " i ran out of test what do i do?" not saying it about you anabolic, just ranting in general. i guess it was said earlier you could fast for 4 days, but whatever you do, if you are training and building muscle it will probably hurt gains you have made whatever you do. i say f#ck it take 100 mgs of anadrol for the next 4 days and go in as "bloat dog". then people will be like," how did you get so big since i saw you last week?" haha

    Starve yourself. If you have low body fat like me...not eating right for a couple of days will get rid of that last bit of fat real quick.

    Im not recommending it, but you can go Keto in less than a day if using insulin.......and in 3-4 days, you can easily lose 10lbs.......Hell, with some lasix, i have stripped 16.5lbs off in a day and a half......Felt like shit, but it can be done.....
