    Question when to start

    I had surgery 11days ago-when should I start my igf for my conective tissue-
    -how often-and how many mcg-

    I had used IGF before for my minor tears, but never for a surgery.
    given that IGF works within days, I'd say start it now. the dose has to do with ur stats.

    -this last surgery they went right through my ligament with a screw with a small plate like washer around the head of the screw so basically the ligament needs to heel where the screw went through it-

    I'd look into HGH better, but if IGF is all you can get then cycle it on 6 weeks and 6 weeks off at 40 mcg/day. for 3 intervals.

    -I have 300 iu of HGH and 1000mcg igf-so just the HGH or both?-

    u can definitly use both. however, consult ur surgeon 1st just to be safe.

    Nobody here would know how much IGF/HGH is necessary and if IGF/HGH is the appropriate treatment in your case unless they were a qualafied physician. I would take this up with your doc.

    -sounds like a very good idea-I have a doctor that works out at the
    same gym as me I can just pop in on him and he will aswer my questions-thanks a lot I may pay him a visit tommorrow-
