    Not sure if this requires urgent care or not...

    without having any kind of damage or being hit in the region, all of the sudden i have this 3 inch long bruise right above my right hip bone. its just outside of the "V" stomach muscle thing you call it, right on top of the hip bone.

    Now if it was just a bruise i wouldnt be worried but it has a white spot in the middle and under that white spot is a soft cyst like ball the size of a raisen, which only hurts if you push hard on it.


    am i gonna be pulling a friggin worm thing out of my skin like seen on youtube or what? should i hit the e-room or just make an appt?

    In the beginning stages it will only hurt when doing something strenuous. Go try and dead lift tomorrow, if it's a hernia you'll pass out from pain!
