wats up guys...i will start from the beginning..i was about to start an anadrol only cycle before doing some research and finding my way to this forum were i have realised that i was making a bigggg mistake..i think i will put the drol away somewhere safe...Now i just wanna get my diet in check and do some training. I was checking out the diet section but still cant find a diet to fit wat i want or maybe im just missing it?

goals: i just wanna get my muscles to rip through a bit nothing drastic, does anyone have a suggestion of a diet which i should try.....just something quick i would appreciate it greatly..thanks!
