I've been working out for 8 months now. In that time I've lost 45kg, dropped from 34 to 18% bodyfat and gained considerable muscle. A mate who I often train with has been using Sustanon 250 for sometime and has had great results. He has often encouraged me to try also but I have been unsure until recently I've been more and more curious.
If I were to try a cycle what sort of cycle should I follow and what other items should I first get to keep on hand? Any advice would be appreciated. What could I expect from a single cycle?
