I'm on my first cycle starting my 3rd week of 1-12 sust 250 .5 eod I have my PCT all on hand
im 29 6.4 i was at 240 25%bf got down to 218 18%bf before i started my cycle I have been doin the diets from the diet threads. I feel great and feel stronger
well im back up to 226 after 2 and half weeks on my cycle Im sure that a lot of it is water weight but I have been thinking about making this more of a cutting cycle...
Do you think it would be good to add some clen or should i just finish this cycle then run the clen?
