Well I finaly got a complete home gym in my upstairs part of h house. I just thought i would ask where you guys have gotten a good workout program that works best . I know that there is a lot more to it . I see the magazines and i know what i have been doing for years , but I have allways hear about paused lifts and half lifts. what are your guys thoughts ?

Oh , all i need now is a tanning bed for all of the fine rich wives in my neighborhood!!!!!!

Stick to what has been proven to work. Keep it simple with straight sets! Checkout the Slingshot Training System at the top of the workout section. You can blast all the way up to 8 weeks if need be.

bro, not quite sure what you are asking here....or maybe sharing your excitement for new equipment... congratulations

when I get asked about routines... my best response is a routine that allows you to keep after it and a part of your life... any routine that is not able to fit into your life will result in..., well nothing... a person can layout the best routine and it amounts to a person's willingness and desire to make it a part of their life... many burnout amongst other things.

Once you find out what you are willing to commit, you should set up a routine that allows your body to grow with the proper rest and nutrition.. from there you continue to tweak and build...

sorry for the most general answer, but it is a real one...
