Well I finaly got a complete home gym in my upstairs part of h house. I just thought i would ask where you guys have gotten a good workout program that works best . I know that there is a lot more to it . I see the magazines and i know what i have been doing for years , but I have allways hear about paused lifts and half lifts. what are your guys thoughts ?
Oh ,all i need now is a tanning bed for all of the fine rich wives in my neighborhood!!!!!!
