    gauge length and size for delt

    hi guys,,
    last cycle i used 1.5 inch 21 gauge pins to inject in my delts,(i thought mabey they were a bit long!!)can i use 1 inch 23 gauge this time....will that hit my muscle ... il be using sus 250 and deca 300

    I use 23 gauge 1 inch needles all the time for my delts. You should even be able to go to a 25 gauge if you wanted

    /\ ditto 25g 1"...takes a little longer but thats ok.....less scar tissue...
