what should my pct consist of if only i took 2shots??

bro i wouldn't worry too much about just 2 shots of prop. In any case run 2 weeks nolvadex to be sure.

The negative effect of Nolvadex might outway the benefit especially taking it for two weeks when you only did two shots

i agree. In my case i wouldn't even run PCT. As I said for 20mg ED for 2 weeks is maximum I would go in his case. Idd he might want to lower the dose to 10mg if he is sensitive (since some people get really bad acne while using nolvadex).

2 Shots of Prop? How many mgs? Did you take it in 2 consecutive days? Or EOD? Either way the halflife is so short that by the time you start trying some sort of PCT its already out of your system anyway. I wouldn't worry about it.

Nothing to do with sensitivity or acne I said it for. I just dont think its needed.
And needlessly throwing in extra drugs on top of already taken drugs just sounds dumb rather than cautious IMO.
Over the Top PCT's are not a good thing. A balance needs to be found.

the shots were taken tuesday and thursday...EOD.... 100mgs each so thats 200mgs of test prop in all.....

this game is not for you but have no worries you are fine bro. just safely discard your gear and pins and live your life just as if you had never done a shot in your life. prop half iife is very short and the amounts you are taken are miniscule . put your mind at ease things are fine. now go lift hard and keep your diet in check and you will just great.

yeh don't worry mate you wont have done any damage to your self and dont worry about pct, i agree with emelio you know your self better than anyone and you didnt feel right and deciding to quit was a really good idea, and asking for advice on this forum was also another good idea, i hope all the answers have helped put your mind at ease.

went to the dr....and he told me it was an infection cause by the anti-inflamatory cream am putin on my arm...it seems it somehow hited my nipple and cozed that thing! :$
